3. And before you jump into your leadership style description, I want to share few interesting facts about what the letters in your leadership style might mean, as this is not part of the blueprint attachment you gonna receive.
Each blueprint will consist of 4 letters: E or I, N or S, F or T, J or P.
For instance: ENFJ
If you have gotten E(extrovert) it means that you gain and recharge your energy by being around other people in more stimulating environments. Introverts(I) are people who gain and recharge mental energy by being in quieter, less stimulating environments.
If you have gotten - S(sensitive) - it means that you are more a tactical leader, but if you've gotten - N (intuitive) - you are more of a strategical leader. Strategical leader prefers to think about long term vision, about big impact that can be made in 5, 10 years and how the world will change. Tactical leaders instead are willing to take concrete steps and take actions right now!
If you have gotten F(feeling) it means you are leaning toward a democratic leadership style, because you want to engage everyone in the decision and understand their thoughts and feelings. You communicate with his subordinates easily, without bluntness. Walking through the office, such a person can tell the cleaning lady himself that she washes the floor incorrectly. But if you've gotten T (thinking)- you are leaning more towards hierarchical leadership style. You will avoid the conversation with the cleaning lady but will tell this to the deputy, and not to the boss who commands the cleaner, but to his first assistant. These are people of procedures and rules.
If at the end of the leadership type formula there is the letter J (Decisive) - you are a person who is distinguished by "invasive" activity and strong-willed overcoming of obstacles. And if the letter P (Perceiving) is a sign of flexibility and wise prudence to adapt to the circumstances, a sign of a leader who is trying to not make unambiguous decisions that could harm the case.
