- or tasks?
Then ask yourself if this colleague is more focus on :
- result oriented person, strategical,
- process oriented person, tactical,
- or creative and motivational?
Choose the role you get by these criteria:
Defining the role, take a look on main qualities of your colleague:
Being aware of your colleagues role and qualities you can establish more efficient collaboration. Let me give an example. In case your colleague is "Resource investigator"- you always can relay on this person when you need to brainstorm a creative idea or find a contact of somebody or buy the cheapest or best printer in the town. But you never should expect that this person will drive a project and make things done in deadline. In this context you will use smartly these knowledge in your day activity and will deal with colleagues easier!
