Few days ago I realized that complaining about something attracts even more of the things you complain about! This sh*t that happened before, expanse and happens again and again in geometric progressive! And we pay attention to this, plunging us to the bottom! And it will be super hard to get up again! True or true?😉
That is why I decided to make something about that and focus just on the positive things, attracting more positive things in my life! I admit, that we can't control every situation in our life! Even our emotions. But we control our reactions, our attitude! So I decided to focus on positive part of the things! Good or good? 😍
How to make that happens?
1) First I declare and repeat my positive declaration about what I gonna do:
"I focus on WHAT I WANT, not on What I DON'T WANT!"
Repeat it some more times, with a very exited feeling, with a very high level of energy that helps to feel it deep and powerful, to move yourself forward!
2) Everything that I experience today I will contentiously perceive as opportunity or possibility to learn. I will look at people as ones that want to help me, that want to share their love with me!
Isn't It amazing to see the goodness in people and life?
I truly believe it is!
To make this happening I will do 2 things: a) will ask my members of the family to notice me when I complain or condemn; b) I will wear a rubber wristband and every time I realize that I complain or condemn somebody - I will stretch my wristband and slightly hit my arm. But every time I see the positive attitude in myself I will kiss my wrist as a "gift" for myself, that i always can do, no matter what!
3) I will be counting my lucky stars!
At the end of the day I will write in my daily dairy my 5 achievements of the day, to celebrate the awesome feeling of growing!
This 3 simple steps will help me to be awareness about my attitude to other people and life and make it positive and full of joy!
