Leadership has 2 extremes today.

Leaders are all around us: in mass media, in meeting rooms, in universities, hospitals, metro, etc. and when we think about various leaders I bet you might find 2 quite clear polarities in today's world:  - leaders that inspire - and leaders that order - leaders that care - and leader who care to be right - leaders that listen - and leaders who pay mass-media to push their agenda. Well, I  can continue, but you get the point and the interesting thing is that usually, the first row in each description is more characteristic to one group of leaders an d the second row refers to another kind of leaders. Either you see a leader that inspires with new revolutionary ideas, helping others around to develop and grow, or you see narcisistic leaders that thing they are always right and the others are fulls. In the following paragraphs I want to describe you 2 real leaders, demonstrating those extreamd and let see if you are going to guess who are they. Don't take as one of them is wrong

Quick overview of leadership types

 1. First of all, you need to assess your leadership type in order to understand the key characteristics of your type.  I can help you with this. Check this signature test that consists of 12 questions that will tell you what type of leader are you: http://elenaursu.com/leadership_style/index.html 2. Once you will receive your answer, check the description of your leadership blueprint that will be attached to the e-mail (this is my personal special present for you of the original value of 485 Swedish krona) 3. And before you jump into your leadership style description, I want to share few interesting facts about what the letters in your leadership style might mean, as this is not part of the blueprint attachment you gonna receive. Each blueprint will consist of 4 letters: E or I, N or S, F or T, J or P. For instance: ENFJ If you have gotten E(ex trovert) it means that you gain and recharge your energy by being around other people in more stimulating environments.   Introverts(I)  are

How to succeed as a team against a more powerful team?

Very often sports competitions are the best environment to simulate a business case, therefore when I was listening to Robert Cadonau & Bjorn Jilsen's book "Leadership Strategy and Culture" I liked a story about Swedish handball team. Before finals with Soviet Union team (one of the best team at that time), they decided to skip the training and instead went to one of the player's house to discuss how each of the players feels about the upcoming game. This step is very important after leadership and strategy in getting the commitment of each stakeholder to succeed. The attitude can either make it through no matter what challenges people meet on their way or break the spirit down.  In that particular conversation that happened in the Swedish handball team, the belief of the players has been split in two. Some believed that no matter how good is the Soviet team, even a small doubt about winning is equal to betrayal. Others, instead, thought that keeping that belief
